１１日会の活動(カーブミラー清掃)を取材しました。
令和５年８月６日（日）、11日会の慈善活動として。毎年行っているカーブミラーの清掃作業を取材しました。
灼熱の太陽が降り注ぐ昼さがり、集会所へ１２人の会員が集合し、二手に分かれて清掃開始。
さすがに慣れているのか、手際が良く思ったより早く作業が終わり、大琳寺区のカーブミラーが綺麗になりました。
しかし。道路を通る人がカーブミラーを掃除した人がいるなどと気付く事も無いでしょうね。
「11日会の活動を知っていますか？」と区民の方に聞くことがありますが、「知らない！」と答える方が多いようです。
今回の取材で、「11日会の活動」を少しでも理解していただければ幸いです。
清掃終了後は、恒例の「親睦会」でした。
大琳寺区長も参加され、大琳寺の活動や将来について語り合い、有意義な時間を過ごしました。
